HALLMARK - Because Connecting With Each Other Has Never Been More Important As an Operations Supervisor - Planning & Continuous Improvement, you will lead a team of approximately 10-15 Production & Materials Coordinators supporting operations at Hallmark's Leavenworth Production Center. Your team plays a critical role in ensuring raw materials availability, production planning support, inventory accuracy, data integrity, and execution readiness across the plant. In addition to leading and developing your team, you will serve as a project leader for initiatives focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making. You will partner closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Plant Leadership to identify opportunities, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance cost, service, quality, and productivity performance. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys analyzing processes, leveraging data, driving change, and influencing results across multiple functions. Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
