Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for an Operations, Director to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

Manages the day-to-day clinical support operations for the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) portfolio. Works with internal and external stakeholders such as clinical operations, configuration team, and quality teams to support clients and staff, including developing clinical training materials, performing system testing, developing standardized configuration processes, and assisting with new clinical implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and work with internal clinical operations and configuration team on system configuration.
  • Creates standardized operating policies and procedures for clinical operational teams.
  • Coordinates regression testing for all new system enhancements.
  • Participates in daily system triage meetings.
  • Review/manage system enhancement requests.
  • Creates standardized training materials for clinical operations.
  • Supports training and onboarding of clinical staff.
  • Supports accreditation initiatives and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR will consider years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • An active unrestricted LPN, RN or other applicable State and/or Compact State clinical license.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of recent management experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of utilization review experience.
  • Public and private sector healthcare experience and/or has been involved in providing services to government or commercial programs.
  • Ability to work within the company's decision-making and organizational structure.
  • Skill in examining and re-examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare industry; preferably with experience in both public and private sector.
  • Expertise in employee development and performance management skills.
  • Ability to analyze resources and environment appropriate to the scope of responsibility and design a course of action consistent with the company's mission and strategic plan.
  • Demonstrated achievement in P&L management, operational process engineering, remote operations management, and new business development support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to successfully manage change and growth.
  • Knowledge of business development, strategic planning, tactical implementation, and creation of business partnerships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing differing customer needs.
  • Ability to participate as a team member fostering collaborative decision-making among leadership, committees, teams, or work groups of diverse composition.

Experience in Lieu of Degree

For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.

USD $95,280.00 - USD $119,100.00 /Yr.
