Leasing Consultant Job Duties:

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into signed leases.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Prepare lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
• Support resident retention, lease renewals, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain market knowledge and assist with community marketing efforts.

Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• 1-2 years of leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification.
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
