Junior Shipping Coordinator Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in refrigerated environments (38F-60F).
• Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends.

Junior Shipping Coordinator Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify shipment quantities, documentation, and product accuracy against orders and invoices.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, schedule freight pickups, and maintain shipment records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, shortages, and quality requirements.
• Perform inventory counts, update records, and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Enter shipment data accurately and maintain shipping databases and reports.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Sales, Purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety procedures.
