We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join us at our US Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid - 4 days a week in office required.


The position's primary responsibility is to support Biotage and HR by sourcing new talent and owning related programs and systems (65%). This role will be responsible for generating talent pools and helping to identify top prospects to fill existing open positions as well as pipelines of talent from start to finish. General HR administrative support, projects, and additional tasks and responsibilities will be integrated into the day-to-day functions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Full Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration.
  • Selection and Recruitment:
    • Coordinate search for all open roles
    • Manage outside partners
    • Resume Screen
    • Conduct initial Phone Screen
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews
    • Facilitate assessments in the interview process
    • Draft and extend offer letters
  • On-boarding of new-hire's
  • Coordination and booking of candidate travel for interviews.
  • Maintains HRIS system and benefits portal administration with any applicable changes or updates.
  • Manages onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Other HR projects, HR admin tasks, and support of SR HR Business Partner as needed.
Qualifications and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruiting and/or HR support role.
  • Project management skills
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience and competence required.
  • Proven experience in sourcing for open roles primarily with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven experience in corporate full-cycle recruiting.
