We are seeking a compassionate, detail-orientated, and enthusiastic individual to join our front desk team as a Receptionist. This fast paced and exciting opportunity plays a vital role in patient intake and client communications. As the first point in contact for our clients, you will help set the tone for their experience at the UWVC. Many clients may be stressed or emotional due to their pets condition, so a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor is essential. This is a challenging yet rewarding support position in the hospital, with the potential to grow your career and communication skills. Successful team members are adaptable, enjoy learning new processes, and thrive in an environment where priorities and workflows change frequently as we continually improve how we serve our patients and clients.
