Manage enterprise-wide retirement plans that are administered and/or coordinated through the retirement service department. Essential Functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum Experience Six (6) years experience in employee benefit plans administration, with a thorough understanding of external regulatory and governance environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven management experience with strong planning, analytical, human relation and communications skills. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position is not eligible for relocation.
