With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our team to construct, erect, install and repair structures and fixtures of wood, steel and wallboard. This role will be part of our Journey Construction department largely focusing on interior renovations for commercial businesses, specifically in the healthcare field. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Technical education and/or 3 years' work experience, or combination of education and experience to meet essential job functions.
  • Experience in a leadership or lead role managing a team.
  • Knowledge of all general hand tools and carpenters' tools.
