Shift: Shift FB C: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 7:00am to 7:15pm.Job Description: The Assembly & Test Technician (S3) is a senior-level skilled technician responsible for performing complex assembly, inspection, and test operations within FormFactor's semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical aptitude, precision workmanship, and the ability to independently execute and troubleshoot moderately complex processes. The technician will collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure high-quality output, support production goals, and drive continuous improvement. At the S3 level, this role operates with limited day-to-day supervision, applies sound judgment in resolving issues, and contributes to improving processes and workflows.
