From your PASSION to ours

The Lactalis USA (LUSA) Supply Chain Operational Excellence team embraces problem-solving and leadership as the keys to continuous improvement, driving overall business transformation. The Inventory Control Analyst, MWY is responsible for MWY inventory controlling functions across the network. Employee is responsible for: inventory movement auditing, flow management of the facility through finished goods declaration, co-manufactured reception and reconciliation, losses, inventory accuracy and cycle counting; out of code product disposition. For continuous improvement, finding opportunities for improvement, which includes troubleshooting and determining root causes.

From your STORY to ours

  • Build a foundation of accurate inventory data across our supply chain network (using SAP) by ensuring all reports, losses, adjustments, reconciliations, and tasks (including idoc error resolution) are completed in timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with 3PL inventory team to ensure physical and WMS inventory records are reconciled with SAP balances, and resolve discrepancies to ensure high level of inventory accuracy across the network.
  • Cultivate relationships across all warehouse locations, including our co-manufacturers and 3PLs as well as across the supply chain team.
  • Identify and fix inventory issues, seeking also to understand their root causes, working with Inventory Supervisor to develop long term solutions to recurring issues.
  • Be a subject matter expert in how finished goods and pallets move through our warehouse locations. They audit these movements and provide guidance for new products or processes.
Requirements

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years experience in lieu of accepted.
  • Majors in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other Business Discipline are required.

Experience

  • 2+ years Supply Chain experience is required.
  • Experience in ERP/WMS systems required, SAP experience preferred

Certifications and specific knowledge

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information and develop alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations, and uses reasoning.
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex information.
  • Ability to develop effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information.
  • Must possess the ability to think critically, analyze data, resource discrepancies with accuracy and have data integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment
