For the Line 405 Seasonal Crew, 3rd Shift, the primary function is to support the Line 400 Unassigned Crew in producing Little Debbie Cosmic products.

Because this crew is being added to meet seasonal demand, employees may have questions about what happens after the holiday season. We want to be clear: employees hired into these positions will remain employed after the Christmas season and will continue to have a role within our operations.

Once seasonal production demand decreases, these employees will return to their Line 400 Unassigned Crew roles and support production needs across the facility as business demands require. Team members may be assigned to different production lines based on operational needs. As permanent openings become available, employees will be considered for those opportunities.
