What you will enjoy doing*

You will identify and complete planned and unplanned maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and analytical equipment
Work independently to diagnose issues, make technical decisions, and escalate concerns to management when necessary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical equipment and systems, including pumps, piping, valves, and related components
Further, you will use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to perform maintenance and repair activities
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and systems by identifying malfunctions, disassembling equipment, and repairing or replacing components such as bearings, gears, gaskets, and fittings
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems
Create, update, and maintain accurate work order and maintenance history records
And you will manage critical spare parts inventory to support onsite mechanical equipment reliability
Maintain the shop and parts warehouse in a safe and organized condition
Complete and document predictive and corrective maintenance activities within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

What makes you great

You have more than (5+) years of experience in an industrial production environment
Ability to interpret equipment drawings
You have functional computer skills
Ability to support on-call responsibilities in a 24/7 operating environment
Willingness to support multiple facilities within the Texas City/Houston Ship Channel area
