You excel at setting a clear path for your work, articulating direction, tradeoffs, and next steps, even in ambiguous situations. With a challenger mindset, you constructively question assumptions and explore better ways forward. You thrive in change, adapting quickly, learning continuously, and helping partners navigate evolving requirements. Your authentic and clear communication builds trust through transparency, accountability, and consistent follow-through. **Must-Have Qualifications** * 6-10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows (professionally or independently) to support design, research, or problem-solving, with an interest in applying emerging technologies thoughtfully in client experiences.
