Position Summary and Responsibilities:

Independently supports and maintains network systems while contributing to stability and performance improvements inside of the Enterprise Network Environment.



  • Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
  • Implement approved network changes and upgrades
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
  • Maintain accurate network documentation
  • Key Network Hardware: Fortinet, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless, Ruckus Wireless





Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:



  • Cisco Route/Switch/Wireless- Advanced (Minimum CCNA preferred)
  • Fortinet Firewalls- Advanced
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/SDWAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPNS
  • Written and verbal communication skills - Advanced
  • Problem solving skills - Advanced
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in network administration within an IT organization preferred



Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards


  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Some Travel may be required.
