  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Previous technical leadership, software engineering lead, or engineering management experience.
  • Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, and software development methodologies.
  • Experience with systems integration, software verification/testing, requirements development, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide customer-facing technical leadership and present complex technical concepts.

Highly Desired Experience:

  • Aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Mission-critical, real-time, or operational systems.
  • Network infrastructure, communications systems, and integrated software solutions.
  • Experience supporting formal engineering design reviews, including PDRs and CDRs.
  • Experience with technical proposals, customer engagements, and business development support.

Work Environment:

Strong preference for onsite collaboration, with hybrid options potentially available. This role may include occasional travel to support field deployments, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
