Material Planning & Logistics (MPL) Supervisor - Temporary Position Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with a passion for teamwork, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams? We are seeking a Material Planning & Logistics (MPL) Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams while supporting daily production goals, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This fully onsite role offers hands-on training, leadership development, and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and develop hourly manufacturing team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. Organize workflow and production activities to meet daily manufacturing requirements. Monitor operations to ensure production lines run safely and efficiently and meet quality standards. Drive team performance through servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management teams. Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and support employee development. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ years of supervisory experience in a Material Planning & Logistics (MPL), manufacturing, or production environment. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Strong attention to detail, integrity, resilience, and commitment to operational excellence.
