Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage requirements and models for current and next-gen Radio Frequency (RF) capabilities
  • Create Internal Block Diagrams (IBDs), Use Cases, Functional Diagrams and other architectural views using MBSE tools
  • Coordinate with IT&E engineers to build MBSE Starter Kits and training content for Cameo modeling
  • Match requirements, models, and test artifacts between Cameo and JIRA to capture key performance metrics


Required Experience:

- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with MBSE with Cameo and SysML-based design

- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with requirements analysis, decomposition, and architecture development.

- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Developing Physical Architecture including Block Definition Diagrams (BDDs) and Internal Block Diagrams (IBDs)

- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Generating Requirements and Decomposition to Derived

Requirements Specifications

- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Open System Architecture (OSA) principles and SysML-based tools

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Experience with system functionality definition, including state diagrams and operational modes

- Skilled in requirements generation, decomposition, and converting system needs into executable architectures

Desired Skills:

- Experience working with cross-discipline teams to derive and decompose complex requirements

- Exposure to digital engineering environments (i.e., MBSE and digital twin)

- Background in system-of-systems architecture and model-based design

- Experience with operational modeling tools and formal verification process

- Familiar with the Verification Cross-Reference Matrix (VCRM) for requirements traceability
