Job Description:
Typical task breakdown:
-Problem solving, corrective actions: lead/support investigations into quality issues (scrap/rework/customer complaints), develop and implement corrective and preventative actions, Use quality tools like 8D, fishbone, and FMEA
-Process monitoring/continuous improvement: use data and risk analysis to direct actions, collaborate with small business team (manufacturing engineers, operations) to improve process capability and reduce variation
-Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data (e.g., defect rates, process capability, SPC charts), Prepare reports for management and cross-functional teams, Track KPIs such as First Pass Yield, internal and external PPM
-Training and Support: train operators on quality standards and inspection techniques, support cross-functional teams with quality-related expertise

Education & Experience Required:
-Years of experience: 5 years plus 3 years of internships
-Degree requirement: bachelor"s in relevant field, master"s 3 years plus internships
