Avis Budget Group is looking for a Head of Travel Management Partnerships to join their Global Commercial Sales organization. The Head of Travel Management Partnerships leads the strategy, growth, and performance of ABG's Global Travel Management Company (TMC) partnerships, Corporate Travel Agencies, and Business Travel Associations. This role is responsible for driving year-over-year revenue growth, managing a team, and positioning ABG as the preferred mobility partner across the global corporate travel ecosystem. What You'll Do:
- Lead, grow, and develop the TMC and corporate travel partnership portfolio, owning revenue targets and long-term growth strategy across a $500M+ book of business.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy focused on retention, revenue growth, upselling, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a direct report, providing coaching, setting performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative, client-first culture.
- Align team objectives with ABG's broader sales and growth goals, ensuring the account management function operates as a strategic driver of the business.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key TMC and corporate travel accounts, maintaining executive-level relationships and ensuring the highest levels of partner satisfaction.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and renewals, including global TMC partnership agreements, proactively identifying and mitigating risk of churn.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across the existing partner portfolio, collaborating with Marketing and Pricing to identify and launch strategic opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, to advance partnership goals and resolve escalated issues.
- Oversee the resolution of escalated partner issues and ensure seamless day-to-day relationship management, including billing, co-op marketing programs, and performance reporting.
- Monitor key account metrics including revenue growth, customer lifetime value, cost of sale, and churn rate; provide regular strategic updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to identify trends, forecast performance, and guide decision-making across the partnership portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and resources that increase the effectiveness of the account management team.
- Represent ABG at key industry and TMC events, driving brand awareness, communicating ABG's value proposition, and delivering measurable ROI through strategic event presence and engagement.
- Drive the globalization of TMC partnership agreements and serve as ABG's primary relationship owner with global TMC stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, or Business Travel, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or people leadership capacity
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong knowledge of the Travel Management Company landscape, corporate travel ecosystem, and global industry dynamics
- Proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships internally and externally
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership agreements
- Track record of driving measurable revenue growth, improving cost of sale, and expanding discretionary business
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and executive-level recommendations
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to represent a brand publicly at industry events and forums
- Experience with Salesforce to manage, track, and report on partnership activity
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Tableau or equivalent data visualization experience is a plus
- Position requires 25-40% travel, including attendance at key industry and TMC events domestically and globally
The annual starting salary for this position is between$100,000 - $125,000annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
