About the role: As an Operational Excellence Lead you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee capability, and business performance. This role leads continuous improvement efforts, training and development programs, internal communication platforms, and implements digital solutions that streamline operations and improve the employee experience. Partnering closely with leadership, you will deliver measurable results that strengthen organizational culture and support long-term business objectives. You will report to the APX Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager and work hybrid out of Cranberry Township, PA. Key Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, and develop employees to build business, technical, and professional capabilities. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Partner with leaders on workforce development, succession planning, and capability gap assessment. Lead onboarding, mentoring, training, and career development programs to enhance engagement and readiness. Manage cross-functional projects, working groups, and strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Influence stakeholders and provide Operational Excellence expertise to support organizational goals and process improvements. Develop and maintain training materials, development tools, SOPs, governance documents, and knowledge management resources. Oversee internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and change management activities. Design and support digital workplace solutions, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and automation opportunities. Analyze KPIs and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities, drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business results. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience Experience in Organizational Excellence, Organizational Communication, Organizational Leadership, Public Affairs, Education, or Change Management Proficient in business systems and reporting tools, including all of Microsoft 365 platforms We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100,800 to $126,000 per year. Why Westinghouse?
