What You'll Do Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Title VI Officer and Title IX Coordinator, the Data Analyst and Investigation Generalist provides quantitative analysis, data management, and investigative support for the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO). The position applies data analytics and statistical methods to design, maintain, and analyze datasets that drive OEO reporting, including annual and mid-year compliance analytics for university leadership. The role supports civil rights investigations under Title VI, Title IX, and related federal and state law by reviewing and synthesizing evidence, conducting timeline and documentation analysis, and preparing investigative work product. The Data Analyst and Investigation Generalist also manages case data systems (EthicsPoint), develops data quality and process improvement initiatives, and supports university-wide training programs through participation analytics and reporting. The position requires strong analytical judgment, technical proficiency in data analysis, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent matters from intake through closure.
