Forklift Opeator Requirements + Job Duties High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of cherry picker forklift & warehouse/manufacturing experience. Must be able to become forklift certified. Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform tasks accurately. Basic skills in reading, writing, math, and computer use. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
