Location: Irving, TX

Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Schedule:Flexible between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, plus occasional Saturdays

Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of tenure in each of your last three positions
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or similar environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment
  • Hardwired internet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • No time off permitted during the first 90 days


Job Duties



  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information regarding mortgages, housing, permits, and related services
  • Document customer interactions and complete post-call tasks accurately
  • Meet quality, productivity, and schedule adherence metrics
  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every call
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
