Ecolab is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Paper Division leading the Commercial Finance team, based in Naperville, IL. This position is a key business partner to the North America Paper VP & General Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring business profitability, and developing finance talent at Ecolab. This role has direct responsibility for planning, reporting and analyzing all aspects of corporate account activities including pricing, refunds, gross margin improvement initiatives, contract compliance, and contract profitability. The position reports directly to the North America Paper Controller. Main Responsibilities:
