Assembly Technician Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
