Manufacturing Technician Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Manufacturing Technician Experience Requirements Ability to read and write fluently in English Manufacturing and small part assembly Must have excellent communication skills Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality requirements Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed on both weekdays and weekends Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members as needed Manufacturing Technician Job Duties Assemble medical devices and small components according to specifications Operate assembly and inspection equipment Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance Handle small parts using precision tools and visual aids Maintain the cleanliness of the clean room, including floors, equipment, tables, and storage containers Follow all clean room, safety, and quality procedures Complete production tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards Assist with additional manufacturing and cleaning duties as assigned Manufacturing Technician Physical Capabilities Ability to work with small parts, using hands, tweezers, magnification, or other visual aids Working in an environment with repetitive motion for extended periods of time Wear clean room gowns, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, and shoe covers Cleaning, such as mopping, sweeping, wiping down walls, and equipment Ability to operate mechanical machinery and inspection equipment Ability to sit and stand for an extended period Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
