Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour | 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Looking for Machine Operator jobs in Lima where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

• Change molds in thermoforming machines to support production needs
• Adjust heat settings and machine parameters to correct quality issues
• Perform machine changeovers, including hinge knives, vacuum cups, and related components
• Assist packing lines as needed to support production flow
• Operate the compounder according to production requirements
• Support mold maintenance activities
• Assist with in-process production quality checks to ensure product standards are met

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
