AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-influence role, you will not just support a product; you will own the end-to-end market strategy for a suite of digital construction solutions. By capturing the Voice of the Customer (VoC), you will directly shape high-level business strategy, drive multi-product launch executions, and influence long-term product roadmaps on a global scale.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive customer research and onsite visits to capture critical buyer pain points and market needs.

  • Architect and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and launch plans for multiple products simultaneously.

  • Translate complex technical BIM capabilities into highly compelling value propositions for everyone from executives to site engineers.

  • Drive global sales enablement by delivering impactful tools, training, and competitive intelligence to win deals.

  • Influence commercial strategy by guiding complex pricing models and SKU frameworks through deep quantitative analysis.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of dedicated product marketing experience in a B2B software or industrial technology environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and driving multiple product launches simultaneously without losing strategic focus.

  • Strong analytical skills in market segmentation and navigating complex pricing structures.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to successfully influence global departments from sales to engineering.

  • Possess an innate intellectual curiosity and the collaborative mindset to transform insights from subject matter experts and customers into actionable intelligence.

Bonus Points For

  • Direct industry experience in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) or BIM software.

  • Hands-on proficiency with tools like Asana, Salesforce, Seismic, or Gong.

Logistics

  • Location: Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR (in-office)

  • Travel Requirement: 15%

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
