Our clinic is equipped with a dedicated hearing booth and recently upgraded audiology equipment, providing the tools needed to deliver high-quality diagnostic and rehabilitative care. Audiology providers also have access to the Porter Medical Center operating room, creating opportunities to collaborate closely with ENT specialists and participate in a broad range of patient care experiences. We proudly offer leading hearing aid technologies from Phonak, Oticon, Resound and Starkey, allowing providers to tailor solutions to each patient's individual needs. Porter ENT is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Audiologist to join our team.

This position provides a full scope of audiology services, including diagnostic testing, treatment recommendations, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and ongoing hearing healthcare management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both clinical audiology and dispensing of hearing devices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Pay Range: $82,000 - $96,000 - $114,000

Clinical Audiology Services

  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

  • Conduct diagnostic hearing and balance assessments as appropriate.

  • Interpret test results and provide recommendations for treatment and follow-up care.

  • Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and treatment options.

  • Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record.

Hearing Aid Services

  • Conduct hearing aid evaluations and recommend appropriate amplification solutions based on patient needs and lifestyle.

  • Fit, program, verify, and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices.

  • Provide patient education regarding hearing aid use, care, and maintenance.

  • Perform hearing aid troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, and follow-up care.

  • Achieve hearing aid sales goals through ethical, patient-centered recommendations.

  • Stay current with hearing aid technology and industry best practices.
