OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY The Sourcing Manager proactively identifies, evaluates, and negotiates contract opportunities that leverage the purchasing power of Duke University and Duke University Health System. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, leading sourcing initiatives, ensuring contract compliance, and implementing strategies that reduce procurement costs while meeting organizational and regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU BRING Education Work generally requires the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or business-related field. Experience Requires five years of progressively responsible contract administration/procurement related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $62,694.00 to USD $107,633.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
