The Senior Manager Organizational Development reports directly to the Vice President People & Culture and plays a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the performance, talent, and culture of our organization. Primary responsibilities of the role include designing and implementing strategic initiatives across various domains, as well as driving individual and organizational success. Responsibilities encompass overseeing performance management, succession planning, leadership development, systems and compliance training, people analytics, contract management and budget oversight, and talent development. Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field from an accredited university OR relevant work experience in the field of business, human resources, learning & development, customer service, and account management. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
