Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous press-operating experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills Knowledge of press operation, maintenance, and safety procedures Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical presses Ability to read technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications Ability to perform accurate quality inspections Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to lead and mentor junior operators Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks Job Duties Set up presses by loading ink, rolls, and materials Adjust ink levels, press speed, and other settings Operate and monitor printing presses Inspect printed materials for defects and inconsistencies Troubleshoot minor mechanical and printing issues Report equipment malfunctions and repair needs Load and unload rolls, sheets, and other materials Stack, sort, and package finished products Maintain production records Assist with supply and material inventory Lead and mentor junior press operators Communicate production status and concerns Support continuous-improvement initiatives Follow all quality and safety procedures Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Consistent 12-hour shift schedule Leadership and mentoring opportunities Hands-on experience with multiple press systems Additional benefit information will be provided during the hiring process The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
