The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of industrial equipment, managing facilities, supervising janitorial services, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferred: in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, however equivalent experience and demonstrated qualifications will be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, EHS, facilities management, and janitorial services roles. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in using maintenance management software, excel, power point, MS word, and tools. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $81,300 to $90,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
