Strict adherence to safety and other company regulations. Maintains current understanding of new/existing laws/regulations that affect the human resources profession and relays that information to management. Other duties as assigned SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong writing and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities Capable of dealing with confidential and sensitive issues Always behaves professionally and actively supports all management policies, programs and procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality, flexible and professional approach to duties. Excellent communication (verbal and written). EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related major. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.75 to $25.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year.
