Your Role

We're seeking a Nashville-based Marketing Coordinator to support business development efforts through the creation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented designer and producer who takes pride in crafting polished, visually compelling materials. The ideal candidate brings exceptional graphic design skills, a strong eye for layout and consistency, and the ability to execute quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, collaborative, and service-oriented, with a positive, flexible approach to supporting team priorities. Candidates will join a team of like-minded creatives with a love for telling stories about the architecture and design industry.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with marketing team members and senior staff to produce proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Design and develop collateral with a strong emphasis on high-quality graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Support business development efforts through content formatting, editing, and production
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all materials
  • Build a working knowledge of Gensler's portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate as an engaged, reliable member of the marketing team


Your Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing within a design or professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in information design and layout
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with the proposal process (RFP/RFQ) or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry is especially valuable
