This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a specialized outpatient setting, caring for patients with advanced heart failure while collaborating with heart failure physicians and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As our Heart Failure program continues to expand, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to program development and quality initiatives, with the potential for future advancement into an APP lead role supporting multiple ambulatory cardiology clinics. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
