Join Bright Horizons as a Provider Performance Specialist and play a key role in supporting the success, quality, and growth of our provider network. In this highly collaborative, data-driven role, you will analyze performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with providers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and capacity solutions. By translating insights into action, you'll help ensure providers consistently meet quality standards, drive operational excellence, and support the evolving needs of the families and clients we serve. This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Westminster, CO office. Primary Purpose: Support the performance, health, and growth of assigned provider accounts by gathering and analyzing performance data, assisting with account activities, and contributing to operational improvements. Tracks quality, fill, and capacity metrics and supports the preparation of business reviews and action plans Partners proactively with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action, reduce risk, and ensure providers consistently meet Bright Horizons standards and client expectations. At Bright Horizons, you're the difference. Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between$53,000-$65,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
