Description
Coakley & Williams Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for Government and Public sector construction projects throughout the MD/DC/VA region. The Superintendent is responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, field leadership, and daily project execution. This role works closely with the Project Manager and project team to complete projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. Key Responsibilities
In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is: $90,000 to $160,000 annually Final compensation will be based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training. Work Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position is primarily based on active construction sites. Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and move throughout the jobsite. The role may require lifting, carrying, or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may work around heavy machinery, construction equipment, hazardous materials, noise, dust, and changing weather conditions. A minimum of 40 hours per week is required. Work schedules may vary based on project needs and may include evenings, nights, or weekends.
