Job Description Allied Universal is hiring a Director of Operations to manage onsite Account Managers and ensure client satisfaction, strong Security Professional performance, and operational excellence across multiple branch security locations and client sites in the Encino, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, and County of Los Angeles market. This role supports a large, travel-intensive Southern California portfolio with multiple direct-report Account Managers. The Director will promote employee engagement, mentor leaders, drive operational and financial metrics, and deliver world-class service across government accounts and other assigned vertical markets. Salary range is $75,000-$90,000 + auto allowance/fuel card and bonus Candidates must have experience with managing government security contracts, including experience with Living Wage requirements, labor law compliance, contract audits, and working with public-sector clients
