Work will take place primarily within a laboratory in Moab Utah, both on campus and in a nearby USGS lab. This position will include some local fieldwork. Responsibilities The Biogeochemistry Technician will be responsible for assisting with plant and soil sample collection, processing, and analysis. Qualifications

**Document size may not exceed 10 MB.** Advertised Salary $35/hr ADA Employees work primarily in laboratory and field environments. This position requires the ability to perform repetitive hand movements, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift or carry equipment and materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Fieldwork may involve hiking over uneven terrain and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The employee must be able to safely operate laboratory equipment and perform detailed scientific procedures. Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
