As a Facilities Documentation Coordinator, you'll help bring important facility information into one organized, easy-to-access place so teams can find what they need, when they need it. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, working with both digital and physical records, and knowing their work will make a lasting impact across company sites. What you'll do In this role, you'll take ownership of collecting, organizing, digitizing, and maintaining facility-related documentation. You'll play an important part in building a clear, reliable repository for records such as floor plans, equipment inventories, warranty information, operating manuals, vendor documentation, and other facility materials. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, your work will help improve how facility information is stored, maintained, and used by creating consistent naming conventions, a summary index or directory structure, and practical documentation standards for future access. What you bring We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing information across multiple sources. You'll be successful in this role if you can work independently, stay focused on accuracy, and create systems that make information easier for others to find and use.
