CONTROLLERS DIVISIONAL OVERVIEW Controllers ensure that the firm meets all the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated and public financial institution. In the Controllers Department, our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm's business. Controllers also ensure that the firm's activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets. PRODUCT CONTROL - ASSET MANAGEMENT- PRIVATE The successful candidate will join the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Private Product Control team, which is responsible for private asset valuation oversight, financial reporting and product control functions across the firm's alternative investment platforms. The role will support the valuation and independent price verification (IPV) and valuation oversight of illiquid private investments across various multiple alternative asset classes and strategies, including, private equity, infrastructure, growth equity, private debt, and real estate. The candidate will be responsible for performing analysis of valuation inputs, reviewing thirdparty pricing, preparing valuation support for fair value reviews, and supporting regulatory, investor and management reporting. The candidate will have direct interaction with Partner / Managing Director level individuals in various teams across the firm. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITES
