Job Summary: Has a substantial understanding of the job while working on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgement in resolving issues or making recommendations. Focus is on moderately difficult tasks, using substantial understanding of standard operating procedure. Supports the overall team. * Supports the team with controls stock inventory and oversees the accuracy of documentation. Documentation & System Updates * Ensures accuracy of supporting documentation Shipping & Receiving * Receives goods delivered to the IBX either directly or following acceptance by security, within a moderate scope. Problem Solving * Contacts suppliers Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and internal customers on stock and projected delivery times for special orders. Inventory Management * Allocations of stock inventory to internal customers, scheduling materials to be moved to and from IBX's; coordinates inventory transfers with related departments. May include applying proper safety procedures related to hazardous materials. Hazardous Materials * Handles hazardous materials independently. Equipment * Organizes stored and/or abandoned equipment and maintains inventory of equipment. IBX Support *Assists with delivering and removal of customers equipment from cages.
