We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets throughout the region. This hybrid role combines collaboration in our Vienna office with regular on-site management of your assigned portfolio, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships while ensuring operational excellence across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer service, along with the ability to effectively balance tenant, owner, and operational priorities. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting asset value, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and delivering exceptional property management services aligned with client objectives. Some regional travel and participation in an on-call emergency response rotation are required.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties while maintaining high standards of appearance, safety, and operational performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing proactive communication, monthly reporting, and regular owner meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors to promote tenant satisfaction, retention, and quality service delivery
  • Oversee rent collections and cash management while partnering with Accounting on accounts payable/receivable processing, coding, approvals, and reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial and operational reports, including budget variance analysis and compliance reporting
  • Develop, manage, and reforecast annual operating and capital budgets, including CAM estimates and year-end reconciliations
  • Administer lease requirements and tenant documentation, including lease compliance, defaults, certificates of insurance, and gross sales reporting
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements, including competitive bidding, insurance compliance, contract administration, and performance oversight
  • Coordinate minor capital improvements, tenant build-outs, and property improvement projects from planning through completion
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance, operational, financial, and risk management issues
  • Coordinate property tax reviews and appeals when applicable
  • Partner closely with Leasing, Accounting, Construction, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional client and tenant service
  • Respond to after-hours property emergencies as part of an on-call rotation, exercising sound judgment in time-sensitive situations
