Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum Experience Minimum of four (4) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global supply chain consulting & end-to-end Project Management. Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, align resources, and deliver on tight timelines. Strong customer focus to align FedEx value proposition with revenue growth. Advanced skills in data analysis & creating executive recommendations. Exceptional communication to present complex info to Officers/VPs. Highly adaptable & self-motivated; thrives when project specs change without deadline extensions. Pay Transparency: Pay: Pay Grade: E27 Baltimore, MD ($7,539.76/mo - $12,440.61/mo) Washington, DC ($7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo) Additional Details: This position is eligible for relocation. The desired locations would be Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC. Remote work will be considered based on business need. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
