Description

Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and manage content for various social media channels - Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
* Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
* Engage with our audience and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
* Create videos and real-time footage.
* Develop and deliver metrics to measure success, impact and inform future strategy and optimizations.
* Creating and managing paid advertisements
* Facilitate and traffic all advertising and job requests for various departments on property, acting as the primary liaison for marketing, advertising, and PR needs.
* Exceptional follow-through on tasks and attention to detail, as well as communication with key partners and departments.
* Write, proofread, and edit advertising materials, press releases and other forms of communication.
* Coordinate media visits, press events, and respond to all media requests and inquiries for press materials.
* Takes the lead on large-scale sponsorships both in and out of market ensuring all materials and activations are within the property's brand.
* Under the direction of the Marketing Services manager, works closely to assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of incoming and outgoing sponsorships to directly reduce costs and add value to the property programming.
* Under the direction of the Marketing leadership acquires and maintains business partnerships with local businesses within our company's local programs.
* Approves all local business invoices and works closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payment.
* Maintains documented accounts of each sponsorship project in an organized manner to ensure smooth function of all activities.
* Ensure brand and business message integration is clearly articulated in all aspects of sponsorship including branding.
* Coordinates with internal departments and external parties, liaising with corporate advertising studio on creative assets.
* Ensures delivery of all rights and benefits as per the contract.
* Works with operations and departments to identify issues and trends that may indicate breakdowns.
* Preparing and distributing reports and recommendations based on analysis.
* This position will be required to drive weekly to perform work related tasks.
* Other duties as assigned.

  • Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.


Target Salary Range:



  • $21.50 Hourly

Qualifications
Experience
Requires a valid driver's license (required)
Minimum 3 years Marketing or Sponsorship Event experience (preferred)
College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Public Relations preferred. (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
NJ Casino EE Registration (preferred)
