Supervisor - IT Technician

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Oversee the set of up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etcetera)
• Assist the IT Manager and Director of IT in the design, coordination, and installation of IT solutions
• Check computer hardware to ensure efficiency
• Supervise the installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
• Maintain records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
• Identify computer shortages and place orders
• Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
• Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Starting Compensation:

• $27.00/hr

Associates (required)
High School (required)

Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Delaware Gaming Enforcement and Delaware Lottery (required)
Associate degree in a related field, or the absence of a degree, a combination of education of experience (required)
2 years: Must have two years of supervisory experience in the IT field (preferred)
Must have practical experience installing and maintaining systems (required)
Must have excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills (required)
