Job Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process and a positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate recruiting activities, manage requisitions, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment processes, and support onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support for all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and recruitment needs.
  • Open, update, and post approved job requisitions within the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, including travel arrangements when required.
  • Facilitate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings with candidates and third-party providers.
  • Coordinate employment offers and distribute new hire documentation upon approval.
  • Provide new hires with onboarding guidance and first-day orientation information.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely completion of hiring documentation.
  • Generate ad hoc recruitment reports and recruiting metrics as requested.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment coordination, recruiting administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work onsite.


Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


Work Experience



  • Two (2) to five (5) years of recruitment coordination, recruiting administration, human resources, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes preferred.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment activities preferred.
