What to Expect The Subrogation Adjuster primarily reviews demands from other parties, files and responds to arbitration disputes, and may hear cases as needed. The role also may require the gathering and evaluating evidence, negotiating recoveries, processing payments and deductible reimbursements, maintaining accurate files and reports, and handling related inquiries while ensuring compliance with company guidelines, quality standards, and regulations. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
