Short Description The Director Provider Compensation administers, coordinates and evaluates the Physician Compensation Program for Cooper Healthcare. Aligns Sr. Physician Leadership strategy with the core operations of the Physician Compensation program. Strategic Leadership & Vision:

General Responsibilities:
Tailor communication strategies to diverse audiences, providing clear, concise, and respectful information exchange. Experience Required Minimum of 7 years' experience in accounting with direct healthcare or public accounting experience preferred. Management experience required or demonstrated through previous job experience and responsibilities. Education Requirements Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Finance required, MBA degree preferred. Hourly Rate Min $52
Hourly Rate Max $86
